Low density polyethylene, or LDPE, is a flexible, pliable, and lightweight plastic. LDPE is
renowned for its flexibility, toughness, and
corrosion resistance at low temperatures. It is
not appropriate for applications requiring
structural strength, high temperature resistance, or stiffness.
