LLDPE (LINEAR LOW DENSITY POLYETHENE)
LLDPE is created by copolymerizing ethylene
with higher alpha-olefins like butene, hexene, or
octene at lower temperatures and pressures.
LLDPE has almost completely taken over all the
traditional markets for polyethylene.
APPLICATION
- Used for plastic wrap, stretch wrap, pouches, toys, covers, lids, pipes, buckets, and containers, covering of cables, geomembranes, and plastic bags and sheets.
